Jessica Gibson - Profile
Jessica Gibson has over 13 years consulting experience in the market research industry and is a full time pharmaceutical moderator. In addition to managing all aspects of medical qualitative projects for PharmaField Research (a division of CRC Research), she also heads up the company’s on-line research division, which specializes in physician and patient research.

marketing positions in Vancouver (Canada), London (England), and Dublin
(Ireland). Along with her pharmaceutical consulting activities, Jessica has
acted as a Chapter Board Member for the Marketing Research Association and holds
the Association’s PRC Designation (Professional Researcher Certification).
In addition to conducting IDIs and focus groups with GP’s, specialists and
patients in Canada, the US and England, Jessica has also travels to foreign
markets such as Italy, Germany, France, Spain and Mexico to manage fieldwork and
report on global findings.

The extensive use of projective techniques is part of the basic tool box that Jessica employs in qualitative research. Her most effective technique, however, is more basic: developing a relationship with the respondent, securing his or her interest and respect, operating on an equal footing, and demonstrating intensive interest in the subject being discussed.
